Most of us have someone that we struggle to communicate with. It might be a person or a group of people. It might be a customer, co-worker or boss. It might be a department or the entire organisation.

In order for us to enjoy a successful work life, we need to work with others, even when we don’t see eye-to-eye with them. We need the ability to express ourselves honestly and with openness; to nurture relationships with many different people despite how challenging we may find their behaviour.

This half-day course will equip you with the skills to tackle those difficult conversations with confidence.

•What are the barriers preventing you from tackling the situation?

•How best to prepare for the conversation?

•How to manage yourself in the heat of the moment?

The course is suitable for all staff members. Participants are asked to complete a short pre-course questionnaire to help tailor content to their specific needs. All participants receive relevant follow-up materials after they attend the training session.
