Overview
This session is part of the in-house managers training sessions being run in 2025. It is one of three sessions which is aimed at fostering a positive culture at Arun District Council.
This course will enable you to
- Consider your personal strengths, weaknesses and emotional triggers
- Get you thinking about how your ‘style’ and personality might impact interactions and decision making at work
- Techniques for fostering positive relationships at work and self-reflection
Who is the Course aimed at
This session is designed for anyone who is a line manager, particularly those interested in reflecting on their personality and that of their team to build/improve on team culture.
