What we do
The Arun District Council Training Function provides a varied offering of programmes to all ADC staff.
All Arun District Council employees are eligible to book onto any of the programmes available after obtaining approval from their line manager. These training offerings are all funded through the Corporate Training Budget.
What we offer
Training is provided in management development, soft skills, customer service support, Investigation and Enforcement training, and IT skills.

What do you want to learn?
We offer numerous courses on many and varied areas, which are being added to constantly. Depending on changing business needs, we are including new courses all the time for ADC staff. We have training offerings under the following categories:
General Training
Courses are available to support employees with their personal development, soft skills, business skills and customer service.
Management Programmes
There are programmes for new/developing managers, and also offerings to support established managers in their role or development.
Investigation and Enforcement Training
These courses support employees by delivering core knowledge and legislative content required to carry out investigations and potential enforcement action within the Public Sector.
Health & Safety
We offer various courses to support employees who need to undertake H&S training as part of their role.
IT Skills
Courses are available on the Microsoft Office suite of programmes in Office 365 at all levels.How to Cancel or Change a Booking
