Overview
Arun’s Behaviour and Competency framework has been developed following the staff surveys and subsequent culture cafes. It links to our values and vision and sets out what we expect in terms of behaviour and the skills needed for our roles.
This course will enable you to
- navigate the framework and understand how to utilise as a manager, or as an individual.
- We will specifically cover using the framework in recruitment, during probation, and to drive personal development.
Who is the Course aimed at
All ADC employees. This framework applies to all staff and these sessions will focus more on using the framework for personal development.
We have separate sessions running for managers.
