Overview

This course will familiarise delegates with the experience of giving evidence in the English legal system, including civil and criminal courts.  It will describe the process of giving evidence in chief and being cross-examined and the different demands these place on witnesses.  Delegates will also experience a demonstration of questioning techniques and tactics.  They will also understand how and when to prepare for going to court.
