Overview

These hourly sessions, run over a lunch period ever week for 6 weeks, will provide employees the opportunity to engage in some Mindfulness practice.

Mindfulness is a type of meditation in which you focus on being intensely aware of what you’re sensing and feeling in the moment, without interpretation or judgment. Practicing mindfulness involves breathing methods, guided imagery, and other practices to relax the body and mind and help reduce stress.

This course will enable you to

  • Understand the benefits of Mindfulness in context
  • Take part in a Mindfulness practice every week
  • Reflect on the session

Who is the Course aimed at

Any employee who could benefit from feeling less stressed and more relaxed in mind and body.
