Session 1: You are not alone
This session is designed to support delegates to build their own resilience from the inside out. This session covers: Support Networks; Boundaries; and Breathing.
Session 2: A resilient state of mind
This session helps delegates understand how our brain responds to change is critical to building a resilient mindset. Delegates will learn about the neuroscience that supports the idea that although you can’t choose your thoughts, you can choose how to respond to them. This session covers: Mind Traps; Focus; and Helpful Habits.
Anyone who needs help with managing stress and challenges in all areas of life – work and/or personal. This course will enable delegates to future-proof their wellbeing and help maintain it in unfavourable conditions.
