Overview

Delegates will explore how to apply practical, evidence-based principles drawn from the latest research in the fields of neuroscience, social psychology and philosophy to help them build their resilience to deal with stress and challenges.

This course will enable you to

Session 1:  You are not alone

This session is designed to support delegates to build their own resilience from the inside out.  This session covers: Support Networks; Boundaries; and Breathing.

Session 2: A resilient state of mind

This session helps delegates understand how our brain responds to change is critical to building a resilient mindset.  Delegates will learn about the neuroscience that supports the idea that although you can’t choose your thoughts, you can choose how to respond to them.  This session covers: Mind Traps; Focus; and Helpful Habits.

 

Who is the Course aimed at

Anyone who needs help with managing stress and challenges in all areas of life – work and/or personal.  This course will enable delegates to future-proof their wellbeing and help maintain it in unfavourable conditions.
