Procurement Training

Overview

This training will give you an overview of the council’s requirements in respect of procurement of goods, works and services.  The course provides information on the legislative requirements relating to procurement and is tailored to the requirements of Arun District Council’s procurement requirements as outlined in the Constitution – Part 6 – Procedure (Other) (Section 4 – Standing Orders – Purchasing, Procurement, Contracts & Disposal).

This course will enable you to

gain knowledge on:-

• The procurement compliant routes to market.
• Roles and responsibilities throughout the procurement process.

Who is the Course aimed at

All staff who undertake procurement activity on behalf of the council.
