This 2 hour workshop has been designed to help delegates improve their sleep pattern.

This course will enable you to

  • Increase your understanding of why sleep evades us at times.
  • Understand the impact of poor sleep on our health and wellbeing.
  • Understand our body clock.
  • Learn about the causes of poor sleep.
  • Learn tips on improving sleep quality.

Anyone who has trouble sleeping, or experiences disturbed or sleepless nights.
