Overview

This is a programme run over 2 mornings to help people to calm the mind, manage anxiety, and find the right personal solutions to support themselves.

Hormones can potentially create havoc during the menopause transition, with the emotional wellbeing impact being the most unexpected and discombobulating for many people.  Without a clear and tangible reason for how we may be feeling, making sense of this time can be very challenging.

There is a way through!  It is a natural phase of life that may impact people different for a number of reasons which will be explored in these sessions.

This course will enable you to

Who is the Course aimed at

Any woman in peri-menopause or going through the menopause who wants to be able to calm the mind, manage anxiety and stress, find the right personal solutions, avoiding comparisons with others, and learn how to help support themselves during this time.
