Understanding Arun

Overview

This session is part of the in-house managers training sessions being run in 2025. It aims to help you to understand decision making processes and responsibilities at Arun, and each subject within the training is delivered by those who know it best.

This course will enable you to

• Understand procurement and the service that the Hampshire team provide to us
• Understand GDPR at Arun
• Understand how we deal with Corporate Complaints at Arun
• Get some top tips for working with members and using the constitution

Who is the Course aimed at

This session is particularly useful if you are new to Arun, have moved into a new role, or want to gain confidence, on working with members, understanding how to use the constitution when writing reports, dealing with contracts and procurement, customer complaints or more contentious issues.
