This one hour session will show you how to use VIP – the ADC Continuous Performance Management system. It will focus on how the manager uses VIP and accesses team information.
This course will enable you to
- Understand all parts of the VIP system and how it works
- Learn how to access objectives, feedback, catch ups and actions points for your team members
- Understand how to access summary information for any team member
- Ask questions about the system
