This course will focus on building effective communication skills and will help delegates convey information clearly and simply. It has been designed to help delegates establish and maintain co-operative professional and workplace relationships.
The course will cover different communication styles, how to build rapport, effective questioning and listening skills and discuss the impact of non-verbal communication.
This relaxed, fun, highly participatory online training session will also help delegates adapt communication styles depending upon the situation and person and will produce an action plan pertinent to their own areas for development.
